Ground truth belongs to Corroboration, pillar 2 of the ECHO framework. Does it trust what it knows?
The second ECHO pillar. The independent confirmation of your entity's facts across sources the machine already trusts. Corroboration is what turns a claim you make about yourself into something a system is willing to repeat.
