- Benchmark against competitors and present alongside Share of Voice for a complete visibility picture.
- Report with three layers: headline number, qualitative reality, and ECHO-pillar-linked action plan.
How does chapter 9 open?
Share of Answer is ECHO's proposed output metric. It is not yet an industrystandard term with a universally agreed calculation, and being transparent about that is important, because one of the principles of this book is to distinguish between evidence and framework. Share of Answer is a framework metric, proposed because the existing standard, Share of Voice, does not capture what matters in an AI-answer landscape.
